Questions & answers

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Embedded security in a bank statement downloaded as a PDF is possible though unlikely. (The bank would / should know if their documents contain security features that prevent printing.) There is no "paper original", so embedded security in the paper does not apply to the situation.
Log in to your online banking. Select Statements from the left menu and the required account. Select a statement number, followed by 'Print' at the top.
Paper Statement Fees at Top Banks Among the larger banks, you'll typically pay a fee of $2 or $3 per monthly statement.
Banks send regular emails that contain password-protected bank statements in a PDF format.... Visit your bank's nearest ATM with your card. Enter your 4-digit PIN number. Select/Click on 'Get statement', Get mini statement', or 'Print mini statement'. You will receive a printed copy of your account's mini statement.
If you need a paper copy of a bank statement, or a copy of an older statement that's not available online, you may need to visit a bank branch or request the statement by mail. Visiting a local bank branch could be the fastest option as you won't need to wait for the mail.
Proof of funds refers to a document that demonstrates the ability of an individual or entity to pay for a specific transaction. A bank statement, security statement, or custody statement usually qualify as proof of funds. Proof of funds is typically required for a large transaction, such as the purchase of a house.
Download or order statements Go to your account menu. Then select 'Download transactions' or 'Order paper statements'. You can save statements from as far back as the date the account was opened.
The evidence needs to show the name the account is in and the bank account number. The simplest way is to take a screenshot from your internet banking or photocopy of the top of a bank statement or ask your bank to print and sign a verification of account slip.
A receipt or bank statement is the most common way to provide proof of payment. Receipt copies can be obtained from the seller either online or in person. If you need to use a bank statement, access it through your online bank account.
Getting a copy of your bank statement is easy. Your online banking page will list out all of your statements. From there, you can download a PDF or order a paper version by mail. You can also call your bank's customer service line for help.
