Table template in the upper portion of the Edit Menu.  Step 4. Click Table > Edit > Table Data ". Step 5. Click Create Data Frame to open the Data Frame window. Step 6. Click Table sets > Import > CSV file (CSV file) Step 7. In the Import Wizard, choose the CSV file file that you downloaded in step one. Then select the column header that you want to use.  After the import operation is complete, go to the Table Data window. Step 8. Click Edit and change the title from the column data to the file name that you're using.
